Champlain Smile Solutions opened in 2012 when Drs. Matthew and Kadam Giulianelli took over the office of retiring dentist, Dr. Denny Nelson. Our second-floor office has a homey, comfortable feel to put our patients at ease and help them feel safe and relaxed. Our address is 110 Kimball Avenue, Suite 230, in South Burlington, VT. We are next door to the Comcast building and across the street from Technology Park. Dr. Matt Giulianelli

Dr. Matt Giulianelli received his dental degree at the world-renowned Tufts School of Dental Medicine. He went on to complete his residency at Boston Medical Center where he received advanced training in oral surgery, prosthodontics, and endodontics.

He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, an honor only 3% of dentists in the U.S. have achieved. He is also a peer reviewer for research articles submitted to the Academy's journal: "General Dentistry", and also is a guest columnist, contributing his expertise of dental materials and techniques. Dr. Giulianelli also serves on the Board of Directors for the New England Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and recently, Dr. Matt has started coaching other dentists to help achieve fulfillment in their practices and their lives with an internationally recognized dental consulting firm.

Dr. Kay Giulianelli

Dr. Kay Giulianelli earned her undergraduate degree from New York University before graduating from the world-renowned Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Kay completed her residency at Fletcher Allen Health Care where she learned about oral surgery techniques and pediatrics.

Dr. Kay believes her patients deserve to have healthy and beautiful smiles and continuously strives to provide her patients the best and most up-to-date treatments available by continuing to attend courses and studying dental literature. Dr. Kay is certified in IV sedation to help give our patients a relaxed and comfortable experience. She also has a talent for cosmetic dentures and has trained with some of the top denture specialists in the world.

Hi Everyone! My name is Eva and I'm the Dental Assistant and Treatment Coordinator at Champlain Smile Solutions. I graduated from the Center for Technology, Essex in Dental Assisting in 2013 and spent a few years in between working in customer service.

My true passion lies in dentistry, but even more so in the happiness of other people. I will strive to make sure that you feel like a part of our family. My favorite part about being a dental assistant is helping to ensure that you feel comfortable before, during, and after your dental procedures. I also enjoy helping patients understand and implement their treatment plan. I can't wait to meet you!
